Accessibility & help

We are improving Jericho so more people can plan, save ideas and share their space. Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Work is ongoing; this is not a claim of full conformance.

Using Jericho

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, and Enter or Space to activate buttons. The “Skip to content” link bypasses repeated navigation.
In Calendar, use arrow keys to move by day or week and Home/End to move within the week. Tab reaches quick add for the selected date. Escape closes quick add.
Choose colors, day/night appearance and motion in Settings. Your device’s reduced-motion preference is also respected.
You can use your browser’s zoom and saved-password tools. Pasting passwords is allowed.

Report an access problem

Email jerichoconnect.support@gmail.com without signing in. Tell us which page or action was difficult, what you expected, and your browser or assistive technology if you want to share it. Please do not send passwords, private calendar details or sensitive documents.

We will review reported barriers. We have checked browser accessibility structure, keyboard navigation, narrow layouts and enlarged-text reflow in the main flows. These checks do not replace testing with VoiceOver, NVDA or TalkBack. We have not completed an independent conformance audit or native mobile app accessibility assessment.
